Daughter of Pamela and Charles Ratcliff of Medina, Ohio. Born February 7th 1983 in Parma, Ohio. Sister to Charles Ratcliff Jr. Kelly is the oldest out of two children. She lived in Brunswick where she grew up most of her life. Known for her paintings of land and Sea and basic drawings. Kelly plays piano/Keyboard and violin on her spare time and in 2011 started writing her first book.

PERSONAL LIFE Kelly Jean Ratcliff nka Kulbacki lived in Brunswick, Ohio with her family. At the age of five years old she began to play the keyboard/piano without lessons. At the age of seven she was able to pick the sounds from the piano and play music by ear. Her first song by Ludwig Van Beethoven Fur Elise. At the age of nine she began to play music she had heard over the radio by training herself only by ear. Her goals were to be able to play as well as a pianist. She has stated that her first reason to play the piano was only for her late grandfather who bought her the first keyboard. During the age of nine she began to take a great interest in art and began to juggle both music and art as ways to calm her emotions down. Her art pictures began to collect and take notice from art teachers from her school. Winning awards for her pictures and taking art as motivation to be involved with interior design. Kelly sold her first small painting of a lighthouse by a lake at the age of 19 for only thirty dollars and began to continue to paint and sell. Kelly recalls her early life troublesome and with regret as most of her talents were set aside as her teenage years blossomed.
WORK AND HEALTH
Kelly began to notice pain in her lower abdomen at the age of eleven and recalls missing a lot of school due to this pain that no person could understand. Later in life she would become diagnosed with the disease Endometriosis. Kelly worked in the fast-food and then later in health care as a Habilitation Specialist. While working as a habilitation Specialist she had become ill, recalling that the disease progressed. At the age of 26 after have given birth to her last child she had her first surgery to remove her uterus in hopes that the disease will then be gone. At the age of 28 she had her second surgery to remove her cervix. Kelly began painting more pictures during this time calling it, "calm before the storm.”
Children and relationships
At the age seventeen Kelly had realized that she was pregnant with her first child. Because of her age and the disapproval by her family. Kelly was taken out of school she would then marry and raise her child without public notice. Within the first year of marriage Kelly divorced her husband under the grounds that the relationship had become violent and unhealthy. She and her son moved back with her parents. Starting a relationship with a prior boyfriend of four years. She then became pregnant with her second child, a daughter. After addressing to the partner that she had become pregnant the relationship ended, him leaving her because of not wanting children and having another relationship with another woman in a different state. Kelly began to raise the two children with her family by herself. At the age of 24 Kelly married again and gave birth to her last child, a son. After a year of marriage Kelly filed for divorce stating that the relationship was a mistake and the man was in fact having affairs with other women. Kelly had a few relationships before meeting her third husband Jonathon Kulbacki they married December of 2009. Jonathon had been married once and had a son in result of the marriage. Jonathon and Kelly both still married and residing in Ohio.
Schooling and teaching
Kelly attended Brunswick High School and took Art classes during her years attended. She recalls most of her memories "disturbing and heartbreaking." Being a victim of severe bullying by her peers for years, Kelly regrets leaving school addressing that the fact of leaving was because of bullying and fear that someone would harm her and her pregnancy. Kelly suffers from a learning disability in math which she points out as a vital necessity in life. After leaving High School, Kelly took a great involvement in her children and kept her abilities to paint and play music and addresses to anyone who is considering leaving school because of bullying to seek help and don't give up on education.
