The Asavari thaat and raga Shuddha Rishabh Asavari (or simply Asavari) both have a Shuddha Madhyama in them, so although they are related, Komal Rishabh Asavari is not part of the Asavari thaat. It is similar to how not all ragas with "Todi" in their name belong to the Todi thaat.
