Confused
I'm confused about the section that states other schools in the university system were "split" from the 4 research institutions. First, Georgia State was always an independent institution and not part of georgia tech as the article states. Second, Georgia Southern has never run other schools; it only recently obtained university status itself. I'm reluctant to change anything only because I'm completley baffled by what is trying to be said there. Can someone explain what's going on with that section? --72.10.74.197 14:57, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Yes, Georgia State was founded as an extension of Georgia Tech. Todd Gallagher (talk) 06:41, 31 July 2011 (UTC)

I Suck

Ok, so I suck. Sorry for reverting back to something that jerk User:65.13.7.4 or 63.67.218.148 had messed up. Keep up the good fight against coward vandals! ATrivedi

History

"around the same time that the others were separated" needs to be worded better, and by someone more knowledgeable than I. It seems to me that Geogia State was still pretty busy gerring separated itself (from Tech) around that time to me. Rlquall 03:03, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Additions

Some things that should be added:;

The are several notable people that have served as head of major companie as well as State DOT's that have graduated from SPSU.

Whats the best way to get them listed?
