Srikakulam-Vizianagaram-Visakhapatnam Graduates Council constituency is a constituency in Srikakulam district, Vizianagaram district and Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council in India. It is one of the five council constituencies representing graduates.[1]
