See the discussion on my talk page with Alaa. All of these are confirmed to each other on ar.wiki, but it was unclear if there was a technical socking violation on en.wiki as they didn't edit together.
Today it was pointed here, and there are behavioral similarities to some of the confirmed socks in this sockfarm.

ఇలియానా is the one with the most edits on en.wiki, and has the clearest behavioral connection to the previous socks. Given that a steward and ar.wiki CU has connected all these accounts to one another, I think there's a good chance that they are connected and we might be able to link them to the one non-stale account in the archive Ochoa's (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki).
