Kamal Ruhayyim (born 1947) is an Egyptian writer. He obtained a doctorate in law from Cairo University, before pursuing a career in law enforcement (police and Interpol). He is the author of several books, including Days in the Diaspora (AUC Press, 2012) and Menorahs and Minarets (AUC Press, 2017), both of which have been translated by Sarah Enany.[1]
