S. R. Lakha, IAS (Retd), is the former Vice Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University.[1][2][3] He is the brother of the deceased Bahujan Samaj Party's Harbhajan Lakha. Prior to serving as Vice Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University, Mr. Lakha served in various important civil service positions. He served as Principal Secretary and, after that, chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.[4][5]
