- I would like to request template editor rights to be able to make mostly uncontroversial fixes to templates. I have read the relevant guidelines and will make sure to be careful with editing. nyuszika7h (talk) 14:50, 21 September 2016 (UTC)
- Endorse! Even if this user doesn't meet the letter of all the technical requirements, Nyuszika7H is knowledgeable in coding matters, and would be a good addition to the template editing team. I recommend that granting Nyuszika7H template editor rights would be prudent and a WP:NETPOSITIVE. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 15:54, 21 September 2016 (UTC)

There appear to be a few declined edit requests as well, though Nyuszika7H does appear to be active in discussing. Leaving open temporarily in case there are any other commenters here. (Not "holding" if another admin wants to process in the interim) - if granted my only caution is that when using edit requests you force at least one other person to get involved - and that can be good for preventing errors, etc -- if/when this gets granted you will need to move to a slightly different method of editing protected templates if it would be possibly contentious - propose your change will be going live soon on the talk page if no objections after a short time, then roll it live (after all appropriate sandboxing that is!) — xaosflux Talk 20:37, 21 September 2016 (UTC)
