New page reviewer

I would like to request NPR due to the fact that I often tag new pages. I confirm that I have read the tutorial. I was declined a month ago and told to come back in 90 days' time, but I think that I have gained enough experience. CSD log and PROD log. My PROD log is half-blue due to rescued BLP PRODs. I also sometimes review AfC drafts. Please consider carefully. J947 00:31, 1 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Complaints about your judgement have continued to come in during the last 30 days. Untill you can wirk relatively error free for an extended period i would't say you are ready for this. Sorry. Spartaz Humbug! 09:53, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
My previous request was denied because it seemed too close to me getting rollback and pending changes reviewer permissions. I think I have done a lot since then to justify gaining this ability. I have started spending a lot of time in AfD and I have continued to spend time reviewing pending changes. bojo | talk 18:28, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your deleted contribs suggest you have only sucessfully tagged 1 article for deletion in the last 6m. Is that correct? Spartaz Humbug! 10:01, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That is likely correct. Much of my time has been used discussing at AfD, but I don't believe I have tagged anything for a long while. I'd be happy to do more of that before applying again. bojo | talk 12:56, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
we need a clearer record of your competence before considering this right, so yes,  Not done and i'd suggest mot reapplyimg for at least 3 months. Spartaz Humbug! 13:27, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have focussed on NPR and vandalism since the start of the year and helped on a few sockpuppet cases as well. I believe as reviewer with the appropriate rights and the page curation tool I can be more effective reviewing pages and help with the backlog. I have reviewed the tutorial. I've noticed (from the new page patrol newsletter) and the total unreviewed pages over at Special:NewPagesFeed that the backlog has increased by ~3,000 pages over just a couple of months. Whilst I don't have much experience with CSD, I do come across many unreviewed pages, especially whilst tackling the (manageable) backlog of pages at CAT:LR and other maintenance categories. Over the past 10,000 edits I believe I've developed a good grasp of the relevant policies and guidelines essential to page quality. I meet all the 'guidelines for granting' here, and would really like to tackle the backlog as I edit. To confirm, I have read and understand the tutorial at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Thanks for your consideration — Iambic Pentameter (talk / contribs) 18:45, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Done – While it's true you don't have much experience with CSD, a look through your talk page archives shows you are a good communicator, and I trust you will be able to recognize and adapt when and if you make mistakes. Mz7 (talk) 16:27, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I wish to be able to help reduce the massive backlog. I can also confirm that I have read, and understand, the tutorial. MartinZ (talk) 20:47, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Not done New page reviewers should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate appropriately with new users. While you meet the basic requirements, you seem unusually uncollaberative, and your communication with other editors leaves me with serious, serious doubts as to whether you can be friendly and helpful. Swarm 03:52, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have read the tutorial and have been tagging new pages for a while. I have done anti-vandalism work, requesting deletion of attack pages or test pages. The last time I requested, I had only 246 edits which was why I was denied. I have met the guidelines already. It's IExistToHelp talk 04:16, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have been reviewing in AfC on a daily basis for a bit over a week and would like to help out in reviewing new pages (and I have met the listed requirements here). I have read - and understand - the New Page Patrolling tutorial and have seen the video tutorial as well. I have been lingering in the new pages feed (filtered to just mainspace) helping out how I can for the past day or two and also have started actively reviewing the recently created account feed contributions looking for vandalism etc. Thank you for your consideration. @Mz7: Thanks! :D --TheSandDoctor (talk) 16:34, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have reached the requirements necessary to become a new page reviewer, and I wish to help out as much as I can around Wikipedia. I have hung out around the new pages feed checking for vandalism, etc, for a while now, and I'd like to get the full rights now that I have reached the necessary requirements. I have learned a lot about the notability policy from other more experienced editors and I think that I have the necessary knowledge to assist. Thanks!  Not done You seem to have precious little experience in tagging for deletion so I suggest you do some manual patrolling until you have sufficient record to allow us to judge if you are ready for the flag. Spartaz Humbug! 09:59, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have been an active contributor in English Wikipedia for almost one year. If I'd be granted the new page patroller rights, it would be a great help for me in fighting vandalism, copyright violations, and defamatory material about living persons over the wiki. I confirm my understanding on the policies and guidelines on new pages patrolling. I was recently granted 'rollback' and 'pending changes reviewer' rights. ~PogingJuan 15:21, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that I am fully capable of using this tool to its greatest extent and I am sure that this tool will help me further my duties in AFD. As per the last request, the third month could not be completed due to an important month of exams, which have now finished and will have no effect on my editing for the future this summer. I've been helping out at recent changes and I have experience there tagging new pages that I've come across for deletion - see my CSD log and my PROD log for details. I also have Pending Changes reviewer rights and review edits there for suitability. I don't have as much time as I'd like to offer to NPP but I'm happy to do the 12 pages a day that we'd need to do to get the backlog down. I confirm I've read and understand the NPP tutorial. Having experience with vandal fighting as well as the odd SPI, I believe this right will help me continue to watch out for articles that fail to meet Wikipedias policies --Skamecrazy123 (talk) 15:13, 18 April 2017 (UTC) Skamecrazy123 (talk) 15:13, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
