- I'd like to be able to review new pages within the WP:GOLF project. I have the necessary experience and knowledge to perform this task. Nigej (talk) 10:08, 1 January 2018 (UTC)

- I want to maintain and improve Wikipedia articles about authors, books and journalists. I meet all mandatory criteria and always deem WP:IAR paramount. It would be great if I could review new pages as per my expertise and interest in respective domain. Thanks! Dial911 (talk) 02:52, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

- Not done I just don't see enough experience with page moving. Feel free to reapply once you have experience with moving pages. Biblio (talk) 18:18, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
- @Biblioworm: erm... Page moving experience for NPR? I am confused. —usernamekiran(talk) 23:26, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
- New page reviewing requires a variety of different experience/skills, and having zero experience with moving pages (only 2 item on the log that's essentially nullified) would be indeed concerning. Alex Shih (talk) 03:13, 4 January 2018 (UTC)
- Yes. That explains it. Thanks :) —usernamekiran(talk) 10:26, 4 January 2018 (UTC)
- I review AfC submissions as well. I think I would be able to maintain Wikipedia to the best of my knowledge and belief. However, I must respect the consensus. Will reapply after some time :) Thanks! Dial911 (talk) 02:09, 5 January 2018 (UTC)

- Reviewing new pages is something I really enjoy doing - it is a pastime much less stressful than the quickly-overwhelming modus operandi over at Special:RecentChanges. It would be a lot easier for me to do so, however, if I had the possibility of labeling an article as reviewed after making sure nothing was wrong with it. Today, I just have to leave it to its fate as "unreviewed new article", a really derogatory term for articles with nothing wrong.
Of course, as seen in my talk page archive, I have a few CSD-misuses in my day, but I feel that I have grown as a Wikipedian and have a lot more sense now. Be assured I won't spam any tags or span reviewing.
Other than that, most of my edits are related to different kinds of patrolling, edit-as-you-go corrections, and redirects. My block log is completely clean, and I always strive to have at talk pages (which I succeed with 9 out of 10 times).
Hope you can allow me to get my wik' up! Thankful for cooperation, thankful for Wikipedia, Gaioa (talk) 14:53, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

- I was invited to ask for new page review rights, to help out with what was the backlog of wrestling related articles, which has since been cleaned up. However, I would like the ability to be able to do this for the future, as I already tag new articles. I have over two thousand edits, and 90 days of experience on Wikipedia, and have read the guidelines. Lee Vilenski(talk) 09:30, 3 January 2018 (UTC)

- I have been invited to apply for this. Since 2003 I have made 179,000 edits, created 671 articles, 573 categories, 446 redirects, 28 disambiguation pages, a handful of templates, performed 56 merges, and moved 2,059 pages (see User:JackofOz/All pages 2017-18 and earlier). - Should easily meet the critera (e.g. long-standing account, plenty of edits), and have occasionally reviewed new pages years ago. No promises for regularity on the NPP, but will try to support the patrol when possible. Thanks to Insertcleverphrasehere for the invitation. Dl2000 (talk) 01:47, 5 January 2018 (UTC)
