I've created several Wikipedia pages, I've significantly improved several articles, one of whom is a Good Article, and another which is a Good Article candidate. I've been doing counter-vandalism on Wikipedia for almost a year now (with a few short gaps due to my academics), and I've learned a lot of the policies and guidelines that Wikipedia has. Much of my work as a counter-vandalism editor has been reviewing changes, and this time I want to be able to also review pending changes as well. I believe that I have a very good understanding of differentiating good faith edits from bad faith edits, and that said, I think I'll be able to help out a lot with reviewing pending changes. I've been a registered user for about six years with about 15,000 edits to articles, and I edited anonymously for several years before that. I read a lot of articles for information and frequently look at talk pages. Because of limited time many of my edits are minor corrections and cleanup, although I've made more significant edits to my areas of expertise. I revert a lot of vandalism when the vandalism is obvious. I have a reasonably good grasp of the main Wikipedia policies, especially those that differentiate vandalism from good faith edits or edits by newcomers that simply need cleanup. I have been an editor since November 2011, have an edit count of over 3,400 edits (I have also recently ramped up editing activity), and am familiar with most of Wikipedia's policies including copyright, vandalism, et cetera.
