Title should be changed, no?

These seemingly coordinated attacks took place across Saudi Arabia, not just Medina. I suggest changing it to "July 2016 Saudi Arabia bombings."

Reactions - USA

The USA part of the reactions says that US media has been quiet about the attack. However the flags or name of a country are placed next to the official reaction by a government of that country; it is not about what the media does. Also it has no source at all.
