Quality seems to be start, needs more context--why did strike break out at this stage, eg privatization of the railways in Suisse? Importantance is on the low scale, Ticino is all but one of the smallest regions in Switzerland, so not a major strike, even by Swiss standards, but a strike is still a strike and deserving of an article.--Goldsztajn (talk) 12:36, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
