[edit]See User_talk:Jimbo_Wales#Some_other_group_or_person_is_violating_my_Federal_service_mark_on_Wikipedia_--_what_do_I_do.3F where the chairman of this entity, who is apparently editing as User:CPCMD, is raising an indeterminate concern.--Milowent (talk) 21:26, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
- I've replied there but I don't see any image (as I assume he means) ever having been used here. But he does need to stop edit-warring and come here. Rodhullandemu 21:27, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, hopefully he will. If he means that the use of the term "Constitution Party of Texas" is subject to restriction because its a service mark also, that would be incorrect.--Milowent (talk) 21:28, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

- That would explain things. I reported the editor to WP:AIV for edit warring and think he should get a short ban and wikislap to cool him off a bit. Even if he is allowed to continue editing, there is the issue of conflict of interest. --Biker Biker (talk) 22:01, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
