Oppose as proposedWP:CONSORTS gives a number of scenarios for which article titles, including Sometimes a person may remain best known by the title they held as consort, as in Prince Claus of the Netherlands. From what I see, very few sources use Elsa von Gutmann, instead seeming to prefer something like Princess Elsa of Liechtenstein indicating the WP:COMMONNAME is closer to that.
