There seem to be two threads of confusion here:

1) Catalan name Enric Morera vs. Spanish Enrique Morera

As he is a Catalan National composer it seems right to keep him here as Enric, while he can be known is Spain, Argentina etc. as Enrique. I am expressing no approval or disapproval of Catalan nationalism, but acknowledge that it exists.

2) There is a contemporary politician also name Enric Morera.

The solution seems to be (that adopted by the Spanish and Catalan wikipedias) to use the full names...

Enric Morera i Viura for the musician <-this article

Enric Morera i Català for the politican <-does not yet exist in English

with a disabiguation page maybe for Enric Morera

and possibly redirect Enrique Morera to Enric Morera
