Francis J Wylie is someone who could be in two places at the same time.....

In the 1891 UK Census he was at

23 Davies St, London, as a boarder

and at

Pilland Street, Shere (near Guildford in Surrey) as a son of the family.

In each case his birthplace is recorded as Bromley in Kent (now in outer London) and he is a Private Tutor aged 25

There are a few cases like this but it's rare
