Gershon Eliezer Weinrib has never been Geddy's legal name
[edit]In this video, at timestamp 9:30 or so, Geddy states very clearly that "Gary Lee Weinrib" is the name on his birth certificate.

Gershon Eliezer Weinrib was a cultural name, and is the source of his legal name. But it has never actually been his legal name at any point in his life. His legal name was "Gary" up until he himself had it legally changed to "Geddy".
