Would whoever added the the info on the French researcher elaborate more on how he was able to ascertain that what he had heard was in fact Himyarite? Or mention a source that would have the answer.--Xevorim (talk) 11:49, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Extinct?

I came to this article from another page that had a list of extinct languages. However, it says here,

"This language is still in use in a small area of southern Yemen, and it is important for understanding the development of the Semitic language from ancient times"

The info your quoting from the article is unreferenced. It actually needs to be removed. Himyaritic is an extinct language.--Xevorim (talk) 19:39, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
