I added a lot of info about PMR in the lead and method. I got all the data from a print out of a book that I got from a psychology class. I will get the name of the book etc as soon as I can. A8UDI 21:56, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
When I do, I want to history and and effectiveness section. A8UDI02:39, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
parts do read a bit like a how to manual. see the style advice here. Maybe cutting the numbered bullet points would improve this. Otherwise a history and effectiveness section would be great. Earlypsychosis (talk) 08:39, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I looked up this article because a counselor had mentioned it to me off the cuff right before my discharge from a mental hospital, and as I suffer from GAD and other anxiety-related issues, I did appreciate the sort of 'how-to' tone in the article -- however, as this is an encyclopedia, while this article is, I'd say, quite good for the relative obscurity alone, perhaps when I am back into editing I might try to take a more encyclopedic/NPOV approach. In the meantime, I'm just expressing that while the article is quite good, could use some work on the tone to make it less 'how-to'. Thanks for reading! 75.220.141.240 (talk) 08:31, 26 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
