The first cited source is dead. The second cited source (http://txts.mgou.ru/vestnik/2007/hist2.pdf) says nothing - the cited page number, and those adjacent to it, is about the early history of researches into Georgian architecture. The third cited source is from 2006. I can find no recent sources that the location of the monastery is in "disputed territory", there are a number of tourism websites that mention the monastery, and all are doing it in the context of Armenia. So if there ever was a formal dispute (and the 2006 source does not actually say there is one) then it has been settled.
