Pesisir Selatan = South Pesisir?

[edit]

I do not know if my perception is wrong or not. But as long as the translation has been formally accepted, Pesisir Selatan should become "Southern Coast". The name came due to its location at the coastal area south of the centre of Minangkabau reign. Bahasa Indonesia (and Minang as well) does not differentiate the form of noun and adjective when they are conjugated with other noun. 134.176.155.4 08:09, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
