Before departing for University at Fairfield University in Connecticut, where he studied computer science and History, and graduated in 2026 after only a year and a half. He later went on to attend other graduate degree programs in various other fields, which covered his wide range of professional interests. During this time at Hillside school, one of his teachers, that he was close with, died of a brain disease while Pace was in 7th grade, this deeply affected Nolan and it sparked many new interests and a new spark of motivation in life because of losing a 30 year old teacher gave him a “new sense of the world”, he said in a later autobiography.

This degree deepened his expertise in history, of which he had a personal interest in, and later taught high school history classes at his Alma Mater, St. Johns High School. Additionally, Pace earned a certificate and three PHDs from the Pontifical Gregorian University, his certificate in Canon Law, and his Doctorates in Theology, Church History, and Canon Law. Military Service
[edit]Early Enlistment and Training
[edit]Pace enlisted in the British Army in 2030, driven by a motivation of British nationalism and patriotism. He underwent training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, from 2027-2030, having to spread it out due to his professional football career, where he excelled in leadership, strategy and martial abilities. His early training focused on tactical theory and group leadership, which would later prove essential during his general positions in the Global War on Religion.
Pace received well rounded training in many different fields, from completed SAS training, SBS Training, SRR training, Pathfinders Training, the British Army Air Corps training, and the RAF 3&4 Pilots courses. He even received training from other countries as well. Notably among those, is receiving training from the Navy SEALs, 75th Ranger Regiment, Green Berets, MARSOC, 24th STS, US Air Force Special Reconnaissance, as well as Airborne, SERE, and other schools in the US Military, but that's just in the US. Nolan also has training with a fair few international units as well, including the GIGN in France, KSK in Germany, Spetsnaz and FSB in Russia, those are only the military entities. It is also rumored the Pace has also trained extensively with international intelligence agencies, including the US Marshals, CIA, NSA, DIA, Mossad, MI5, MI6, FSB, RAW, and BND, making him a highly knowledgeable person, in the world of intelligence and surveillance.
Service in the Global War on Religion
[edit]From 2049-2053, Pace was deployed as part of the Middle East, Asia, and Africa Campaigns during the Global War on Religion. He served as a General Officer, although remained active in military operational units, coordinating efforts in the Battle of Mecca and the Iranian Campaign. His strategic insights were instrumental in the victory of the Worldwide coalition against the Muslim Invasions of Europe, and the change of global geopolitics.
Ambush in the Saudi Desert
[edit]- Background
On 21 August 2053, a military operation involving a team of 20 soldiers, part of a larger contingent, was conducted in the remote desert region of Saudi Arabia. The team, tasked with reconnaissance of the city of Tabuk, encountered an unexpected hostile force during their operation. The ambush took place in a desolate area, far from immediate reinforcement or rescue.
- The Ambush
The team was set upon by a group of 45 Saudi soldiers who had been strategically positioned to intercept the unit. Caught by surprise and their convoy stopped by a landmine, the soldiers found themselves heavily outnumbered, unable to respond effectively to the overwhelming attack. The ambush lasted for about an hour, with heavy gunfire exchanged between the two forces. Despite their efforts to regroup and fight back, the unit was decimated, with 18 members of the team killed in action, Pace and one other officer surviving the encounter.
- Survivor
Pace found himself separated from the team during the chaos. Amid the confusion of the aftermath of the firefight, he and his partner escaped into some nearby caves; thus, they managed to avoid immediate capture. Left behind in the middle of the Saudi desert, with no means of communication or immediate support, Pace faced a grim struggle for survival in the coming days.
- Survival and Escape
For 11 days, the two survivors navigated the harsh conditions of the desert, enduring extreme heat during the day and freezing temperatures at night. With limited provisions and no access to water, Pace relied on his military training to ration supplies and keep moving. Using survival techniques learned during his training, he managed to find shelter and conserve energy, all while evading any potential pursuit by the Saudi soldiers. After 7 days, even with all of his knowledge of the terrain and environment, his partner was bitten by a Dessert Black Mamba, killing him after suffering in immense pain for 2 days, Pace remained by his side until his death.
After 23 days, Pace managed to reach the city of Gaziantep on his trek from northern Saudi Arabia to Gaziantep, he had to fight his way through hundreds of miles of hostile terrain, having to kill over 100 enemy soldiers to survive in the Arabian desert. His appearance marked the end of a harrowing ordeal in the Middle Eastern desert, which had begun with the deadly ambush that claimed the lives of his comrades.
Notable Engagements and Achievements
[edit]Throughout his service, Pace participated in several critical engagements, including The Battle of Mecca, Riyadh, Constantinople, Cairo, Karachi, Dhaka, etc . For his leadership and bravery, he received The Pour Le Merite, Victoria Cross, and many other awards for bravery and meritorious actions. These honors recognized his role in rescuing captured Catholic prisoners from there torture chambers in Islamabad, and the destruction of the Grand Mosque of Mecca.
Impact and Legacy
[edit]Following his military service, Pace's contributions continued to influence military philosophy and training. His experiences in the Global War of Religion shaped his approach to governance and military philosophy. His military legacy is often remembered for his bravery in combat, and his refusal to let people do the dangerous jobs if he wasn’t willing to do them himself, often joining dangerous missions to achieve important targets even though he had no need to do so. He refused to let the men under his charge put themselves in danger if he wasn’t willing to join them, earning himself massive respect from his own military, and that of people all around the world.

Imperialism and racial views
[edit]Churchill was a staunch imperialist and monarchist, and consistently exhibited a "romanticised view" of the British Empire and reigning monarch, especially during his last term as premier.[1][2][3] Churchill has been described as a "liberal imperialist"[4] who saw British imperialism as a form of altruism that benefited its subject peoples.[5] He advocated against black or indigenous self-rule in Africa, Australia, the Caribbean, the Americas and India, believing the British Empire maintained the welfare of those who lived in the colonies.
According to Addison, Churchill was opposed to immigration from the Commonwealth.[6] Addison makes the point that Churchill opposed anti-Semitism (as in 1904, when he was critical of the proposed Aliens Bill) and argues he would never have tried "to stoke up racial animosity against immigrants, or to persecute minorities".[7] In the 1920s, Churchill supported Zionism but believed that communism was the product of an international Jewish conspiracy. Although this belief was not unique among politicians, few had his stature,[8] and the article he wrote on the subject was criticised by The Jewish Chronicle.[9]
Churchill made disparaging remarks about non-white ethnicities throughout his life. Philip Murphy partly attributes the strength of this vitriol to an "almost childish desire to shock" his inner circle. Churchill's response to the Bengal famine was criticised by contemporaries as slow, a controversy later increased by the publication of private remarks made to Secretary for India Leo Amery, in which Churchill allegedly said aid would be inadequate because "Indians [were] breeding like rabbits". Philip Murphy says that, following the independence of India in 1947, Churchill adopted a pragmatic stance towards empire, although he continued to use imperial rhetoric. During his second term as prime minister, he was seen as a moderating influence on Britain's suppression of armed insurgencies in Malaya and Kenya; he argued that ruthless policies contradicted British values and international opinion.

Arms
[edit]Edward's coat of arms as the Prince of Wales was the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom, differenced with a label of three points argent, with an inescutcheon representing Wales surmounted by a coronet. As Sovereign, he bore the royal arms undifferenced. After his abdication, he used the arms again differenced by a label of three points argent, but this time with the centre point bearing an imperial crown.
