Mystique & Destiny is an American comedy drama miniseries created by Drew Hacks and based on Marvel Comics characters Mystique and Irene Adler / Destiny. It is a spin-off of X-Men: Red Team and is chronologically set after the events of that series.
Premise
[edit]The series is centered on couple Mystique and Destiny, both citizens of Krakoa, a sentient island in the Pacific Ocean that serves as a refuge for Earth mutants. The plot depicts Mystique's actions as a member of the Quiet Council, a governing body in Krakoa, and Destiny's ways to deal with her precognitive powers. The characters' backgrounds and first meetings serve both as background plots and as whole episodes.
