Oud-Heverlee Leuven are a Belgian association football club based in Heverlee, Leuven, Belgium. The club is the result of a 2002 merger between Stade Leuven, K. Daring Club Leuven and F.C. Zwarte Duivels Oud-Heverlee. OH Leuven started their inaugural season in the Belgian Third Division, but as of 2012, the team plays in the first tier of Belgian football, the Belgian Pro League.
As of June 2012, 140 players have represented the first-team. Bjorn Ruytinx has made more appearances than any other OHL player; he is one of four men to have represented the club on 100 or more occasions, having played 216 times between 2002 and 2012. Ruytinx is also the club's all-time top scorer, with 69 goals, while François Sterchele scored the most goals in a single season—32 in the 2004–05 season.
The list includes all players that have played a first-class professional match for the club.
List of players
[edit]Players are initially listed according to the number of first team appearances for the club. Appearances are for first-team competitive matches only, including substitute appearances. The OH Leuven career of a player starts only from the date of their first-team debut.
Statistics are correct as of the end of the 2011-12 season, new players joining thereafter have also been added without stats.
Note that only players of Oud-Heverlee Leuven are represented, while players that played for any of the three predecessors Stade Leuven, Daring Club Leuven or Zwarte Duivels Oud-Heverlee are not in the list.
