Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 185.5.48.23. I am using the internet from my phone, which uses Epic Communications in Malta as my internet provider. I have not used any proxy, VPN, or IP changing service since starting this phone contract. I see that other users at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:ST47 have also been complaining of false positives from the blocking tool. Electronwill (talk) 07:25, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as this account is not blocked directly. Unfortunately a great deal of people have wound up finding out that their ISPs or some other service they use make use of what are effectively open proxies. No, we're not accusing you of purposely using one.
