[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Miss St. Lucia has been reverted.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Miss Universe Ghana. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Miss Universe Zambia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Miss Trinidad and Tobago Universe into Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. These appear to be two articles on this topic, so I have requested expert help in merging them. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:09, 20 August 2017 (UTC)
The article Miss Face Czech Republic has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
The article has no significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, Not suitable for a stand-alone article.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Richie Campbell (talk) 14:44, 6 September 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Miss Universe Myanmar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bago (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Small tags
[edit]Hi Hearmesir, thanks for your work on Miss Universe articles. Please bear in mind the correct syntax for making text smaller: you begin the section of small text with <small>
and end it with </small>
. I've noticed that in some of the Miss Universe articles, you have written <small/>
as the ending tag, which might look like it works correctly, but actually makes the article appear in the lint errors list. It would be great if you could take care to use the correct syntax in future. Keep up the good work! — This, that and the other (talk) 09:00, 11 November 2017 (UTC)
Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Hearmesir, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Iraqi beauty pageants have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mr. Gerbear|Talk 07:35, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
ArbCom 2017 election voter message
[edit]Hello, Hearmesir. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
Blank lines in tables
[edit]Hello, Hearmesir. You must know by now that your additions of blank lines to various pageant tables are being contested. Yet, you continue to add them. Would please explain why it is helpful to include blank lines for future events in these tables? I look forward to hearing your comments. NewYorkActuary (talk) 05:13, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
I see that you've chosen to ignore my request for discussion and have continued to add blank lines to more pageant articles. Please discuss this before adding any more. NewYorkActuary (talk) 05:56, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
Please stop making disruptive edits.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. NewYorkActuary (talk) 06:05, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. NewYorkActuary (talk) 06:21, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
Removal of Deletion notice
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Miss World 2018. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. NewYorkActuary (talk) 16:40, 23 December 2017 (UTC)
Undiscussed changes
[edit]Hello again, Hearmesir. I see that you've been making undiscussed changes to the tables in many pageant articles. This time, you have been converting the style of coding from linear to block (causing the coding for these tables to take up four or five times as much screen space when in 'edit' mode). In some articles, you have also been adding code that specifies the text alignment for cells that do not have any text in them.
These changes are disruptive and I have reverted most of them. If you believe that your approach should be used in all of these articles, please start a discussion at WT:WikiProject Beauty Pageants. NewYorkActuary (talk) 15:49, 28 January 2018 (UTC)
I see that you've chosen to ignore my request for discussion and have continued to modify the style of coding in more pageant articles. Please discuss at WT:WikiProject Beauty Pageants before doing any more of this. NewYorkActuary (talk) 08:12, 29 January 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Puteri Indonesia 2018, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Papua and West Papua (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). - If you need any assistance, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk or on the reviewer's talk page.
- You can also use Wikipedia's real-time chat help from experienced editors.

April 2018
[edit] You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Miss Universe 2018. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. NewYorkActuary (talk) 04:39, 28 April 2018 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Miss St. Vincent and the Grenadines
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Miss St. Vincent and the Grenadines requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://pageantrysvg.weebly.com/history.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. I have reverted your work with multiple pageant articles (e.g., Miss Chinese Taipei, Miss Uruguay, Miss Cuba, Miss Cyprus, and etc. since you are deliberately excluding and deleting Miss Earth entries, recognized as one of the Big Four international beauty pageants and instead promoting minor pageants that had been deleted many times through wikipedia AfD. This will not be tolerated. Richie Campbell (talk) 07:41, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Hearmesir, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

The article Lea Šteflíčková has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:ANYBIO; beauty pageant does not confer automatic notability.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ☆ Bri (talk) 17:58, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
