Flybe rename
[edit]Can you fix your page move so that the 2022-2023 reads 2022–2023, i.e. with a {{ndash}} between the years? Then it would be consistent with the other article? 10mmsocket (talk) 15:05, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for the speedy fix. Do you think Flybe should be left as a redirect or turned into a disambiguation page? The latter is neater, but would have the disadvantage of breaking a shed-load of links. 10mmsocket (talk) 15:36, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of 2022–2023
[edit]A tag has been placed on 2022–2023 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
It may meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion under CSD g6
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.

[edit]Hello, I'm Jauerback. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Weber Inc., but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 14:08, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
- Ok, I've reverted all (or most of) the additions of the Meme stock category. You can't just add categories that are not supported by a source within the article itself, so please stop doing this. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 14:14, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hey there. The source where Weber can be considered a meme stock can be found here.
- Another source that I found regarding with what I added could be found here.
- I'll add the edit later as I don't feel like adding the sources right now.
- All the best.
- - Matthew Hernandez. Matthew Hernendez (talk) 14:18, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
- I'm not going to analyze those sources, but make sure that they are considered to be reliable sources before adding them. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 14:20, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
Category: Companies that filed for Chapter 11 in 1978 or earlier
[edit]With this note I'd like to ask that you please stop adding the category "Companies that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 19XX" (where XX is a year equal to "78" or earlier) to any more articles where the company filed for bankruptcy before 1978. "Chapter 11," as it is now known, was created by Public Law 95–598 on November 6, 1978. To add a category that references "Chapter 11" bankruptcy prior to 1978 does not make sense. FFM784 (talk) 23:44, 15 March 2023 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Category:Companies that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1961 indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! Jenny Craig bankruptcy
[edit]I believe the bankruptcy filings are indicating the Jenny Craig bankruptcy is a Chapter 7, and not an 11.

Disambiguation link notification for August 9
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Trumbull Mall, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ruby Tuesday. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:06, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Logo of Terribly Terrific Productions.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Logo of Terribly Terrific Productions.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:27, 26 August 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at QVC, you may be blocked from editing. Don't use listicles or junk news sites to source articles, please. They rarely cite their sources and put the reader last by making them click through multiple items to get to an entry, which is usually filed down by SEO to be worse than useless. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Francesca's at Oak Park Mall.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Francesca's at Oak Park Mall.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:23, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

please use edit summaries
[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! -- mikeblas (talk) 18:56, 5 November 2024 (UTC)
