Promotional-tone article with at least one COI and several SPAs contributing and pretty much nothing except non-exceptional business activities. Article has been PROD-deleted once before. The only claim of notability I see is "In March, 2004, Deltek introduced the first comprehensive software management tool to help government contractors better compete, win and retain government contracts.[1]" but ref is 404 and Wayback doesn't seem to have a copy (throws xml errors).
