Move Ian Carter (footballer) back to Ian Carter. Apparently, the page was moved after the creation of Ian Carter (entertainer), but that was deleted after a discussion here at AFD. The parenthetical disambiguator is unnecessary. After a search through Wikipedia, I can see there are no other notable Ian Carters. Keep but move to more appropriate title if the name is too common. If not common with more than 5 other Ian Carter entries on Wikipedia then perhaps keep it there as it is. Thanks.
