VERY STRONG DELETE Just because she claim's to be a certain age doesn't mean we should give her an article.her name should be put in the longevity claim's section. Kingcouey (talk) 18:29, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment: The IP user above seems to be closing discussion. If so, it is clearly contrary to WP:NAC and AfD policy, and approaches vandalism. I moved it down here and treated it as a !vote on account of WP:AGF. Because the nominator failed to complete Steps 1 and 2 of AfD properly, I'm listing this page in Aug 16's log instead. - Comment - Why is this any different from the other pages in Category:Longevity claims? The page appears to be no different from any of the others. -SpacemanSpiffCalvin‡Hobbes 05:37, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, appears to be sufficient substantial, cited coverage in reliable sources to warrant an article in compliance the notability policy. ~ mazca talk 12:16, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
then maybe it could be merged to a list of people claiming to be a certain age but she doesn't seem notable enough to have her own article.65.0.53.93 (talk) 17:57, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If she gets an article then you might as well give an article to all who claim to be a certain age.65.0.53.93 (talk) 18:02, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy Keep - This should be closed as a spurious bad-faith nomination for deletion. See here, here, and especially here for background. Essentially, the editor nominating this article for deletion became upset that someone was attempting to delete the Bob Taggart article (another supercentarian) and filled the AfD with votes from themselves using their main account, an alternative sockpuppet account, and IP addresses. This AfD nomination is clearly in retaliation for the resistance met at the other AfD. The editor has been blocked indefinitely for this behavior but not before they began this AfD. -- Atamachat 19:48, 17 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
