Essentially reads like a resume with no secondary or independent sources included (I didn't find any on a quick search either). The claims for notability are borderline: a couple of university level awards that may not be noteworthy by themsleves (searching for them leads to this article itself); and apparently winning a case for his client, the importance of which is again difficult to assess given the lack of secondary sources.
