I'll go with redirect to List of Home Improvement characters, even though none of the content either in this article or that list is sourced. I'd recommend that folks start supplying reliable sources that verify the information about, and establish the notability of, these Home Improvement characters if they want the material to remain. Redirect per above. Had this been a sourced article with a critical discussion of the character (which, by the way, is as "major" as Al, Jill, or the Taylor children), I would have recommended a "keep."
