This deletion request applies to the current image only. The current file was uploaded by a blocked user (User:雨宮鏡心). This current file is clearly not own work: rather TinEye reveals the same image having published elsewhere, though in different resolutions. For example: http://www.all-art.org/art_20th_century/oldenburg1.html (image: http://www.all-art.org/art_20th_century/pop_art/oldenburg/16.jpg) and http://ecusculpture.blogspot.com/2010/11/are-we-suprised-really.html (image: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_ey-S0R14dSc/TODLqfuSLuI/AAAAAAAAAO4/w0sYQqeOzcE/s400/claes%2Boldenburg3.jpg), both published in 2010 and before. The old version which is fine and clearly own work (no results in TinEye prior to the upload date of March 2009) can be moved to Commons with commons:Template:FoP-Germany and Commons:Template:Not-free-US-FoP tags.
