update: Similar problems have also arisen on the Rock and roll article.

What is the dispute?
[edit]The editor who appears as both Smoovedogg and an IP in the 142.165 range (hereafter referred to as just Smoovedogg) has been listing long strings of "testimonials" in the article, which do not read well, nor are they in line with Wikipedia policies - there are too many diffs to list individually, but please look at the edit history. The editor seems to regard efforts to edit those additions as hostile acts - see these edit summaries, for example (which include vague threats toward other editors): [1], [2], [3] and [4]; and s/he has been unresponsive to efforts to discuss the problems on the talk page: see Talk:Little_Richard#Testimonials_Section and Talk:Little_Richard#comment_from_Smoovedogg.
update: the editor has now added more to the article's talk page, but please see (for example) Talk:Little_Richard#improving_the_.22Influence.22_section (where s/he is editing as 142.165.211.70).

What would you like to change about this?
[edit]It would be very helpful if Smoovedogg could be persuaded to use the talk page to discuss these edits calmly with editors who are interested in improving the article, bringing it in line with Wikipedia policies, etc.
How do you think we can help?
[edit]It would be very helpful if a MedCab mediator could facilitate communication and assist in educating the editor regarding Wikipedia policies, standards and procedures. Perhaps a mentor scenario would be helpful. Other suggestions for how to proceed would also be welcome.
