- no freedom of panorama in bulgaria. the uploader did not identify the date the sculpture was created, so we cannot verify its copyright status. i tried to research the date but didn't find anything. perhaps searching in bulgarian will be necessary. (i did a bit of this too, but didn't come up with anything.) Calliopejen1 (talk) 02:27, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Seems like a promotional image, and there is no evidence of permission. Muhandes (talk) 11:01, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- After nominating, I noticed the metadata says Author: SUKEY PARNELL Copyright holder: 2009 Sukey@sukeyparnell.com and there is no evidence the uploader is Sukey Parnell. I speedied the file on these grounds, so this PuF may not be necessary. --Muhandes (talk) 11:07, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Addendum: uploader indicated he is the owner so this should be put on hold. --Muhandes (talk) 11:15, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- I am speculating here, but it seems like once the uploader realized an autobiography will not be tolerated, he lost interest, and will most probably not donate the image. The image copyright status is therefore still unclear and it should be removed. The uploader can re-upload it if he wishes to donate it properly. --Muhandes (talk) 14:19, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- No trace of this photo in SBS related websites, thus I dispute that this was released as press photo by SBS. Seems more like a photo taken by a newspaper at the press conference. Therefore not under fair use. 小龙 (Timish) # xiǎolóng de xìnxiāng 14:27, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment Strangely sourced. Has watermark indicating one site, claims to be © Sŏul Pangsong Kŭrup, sourced to Kpopwave. Kpopwave furthermore seems to have images from lots of different places, so I'd say that we need a better source to avoid any WP:NFCC#10a failure. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:26, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- If this is from a shop CCTV camera, I doubt it belongs to the State of Florida. J Milburn (talk) 21:04, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The State of Florida listed the 7-11 video as evidence and then released the video to the public per FL law. See: http://jhaines6.wordpress.com/2012/05/16/prosecutors-have-video-evidence-in-trayvon-martin-slaying/ ITBlair (talk) 21:21, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment: didn't we have some precedents suggesting that CCTV footage is generally uncopyrightable? After all, there's no human creativity involved in creating it. Fut.Perf. ☼ 13:48, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: Since the source of the picture is the NY Daily News, I think it would probably fall under WP:NFC#Images (specifically #8, last known image of subject, and #10) and since it is just a still from the CCTV footage, it would qualify for Fair Use under U.S. copyright laws. Additionally see [1] (still from CCTV footage of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold) and [2] where it was used in the article.-- Isaidnoway (talk) 20:12, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Not produced by Florida, so I don't see how it could be {{PD-FLGov}}. Any kind of material could be used as evidence for a crime. For example, if a book is stolen, the book (if later found) could be used as evidence of the crime. This doesn't give the state any permission to release the book to the public domain. I remember previous discussions on surveillance cameras but don't remember what the result was. One could maybe say that the guy who installed the camera is the author behind the photo... --Stefan2 (talk) 00:31, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Building creation date is unknown (looks like late 1920s from article) - No FoP in Armenia - commons:Freedom_of_panorama#Armenia, copyright would probably have been restored on January 1, 1996 and 70 years have not passed... May be suitable for {{FoP-USonly}} Ronhjones (Talk) 22:30, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment URAA is irrelevant for buildings. USA has FOP for buildings and besides there is no copyright for pre-1990 buildings in the USA anyway. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:34, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Mural = 2D artwork. No permission from painter. Ronhjones (Talk) 22:51, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- This is a mural permanently installed in a public place. There is no reasonable expectation by any public mural artist that permission is required to reproduce an image of the mural. Furthermore, the image depicts another public place, which is being identified with the image.Greg Bard (talk) 23:13, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete No freedom of panorama for murals in the United States, see Commons:COM:FOP#United States. Undated, so impossible to determine if the copyright has expired because of age. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:37, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Photo of a new building. Copyright law of Oman (http://www.mondaq.com/article.asp?articleid=3835) does not show any exception for buildings, "architecture" does come under the scope at Article 2, section g. Maybe fit for {{FoP-USonly}} Ronhjones (Talk) 23:09, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
