Nomination
[edit]Yuvmil (talk · contribs) – Greetings Fellow Wikipedians. My name is Yuvmil, and I have been happily editing this juncture of human knowledge for a couple years now. Last time I applied for adminship, I was only started off, but now I have experience and editing prestige to back up my claim. I know that I will be able to do great things here at Wikipedia. Have no fear! Yuvmil is here! Yuvmil (talk) 02:49, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Questions for the candidate
[edit]Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
- A:I am interested in editing Wikipedia, primarily in the field of astrophysics, because that is my major in college. I feel that this editing and creating of articles will further both my understanding of the topic and that of others.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A:Too many to recite.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A:No. My edits have been fair and forthright.
- Additional optional questions from Mlpearc
- 4. What steps would you take to resolve an edit war ?
- A:I would message both parties to see if we can work it out. If that does not work, I will do some research, see whose edits have been correct, and take action against the offending editor. Wikipedia should be a space for the accumulation of the knowledge of mankind, not vandalism.

Oppose
[edit]- Oppose. I was going to offer moral support, but it looks like you didn't take your last RfA to heart. I have serious concerns about potential admins who don't learn from experience. Sorry.--Fabrictramp | talk to me 22:39, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose. WP:NOTNOW. Only 43 edits is not enough to judge suitability for adminship. Everything you have identified in Question 1 you can do already; you don't need to be an admin to edit articles. --Mkativerata (talk) 22:40, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose WP:NOTNOW I tend to not even consider supporting editors with less than 2000 edits. Polargeo (talk) 22:43, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose. Sorry, but just not enough experience. And the answer to question Q1 means he doesn't even need the tools. I advise you to withdraw, as it looks like SNOW. Better luck next time. --The High Fin Sperm Whale 22:44, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose the candidate does not need the tools. Graham Colm (talk) 22:47, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
