IP user has been adding a certain "John Robert S. Dela Cruz" claiming to be as "Tokugawa Junichiro", a supposed descendant of the ancient Japanese Tokugawa clan. User:Jtokugawa then registered and making the same edits to the article.

Administrator note It is clear from behavioral evidence that Jtokugawa = 121.54.64.20. I have left warning messages on both accounts not to do it again, upon threat of a block if repeated. MuZemike 20:32, 13 October 2009 (UTC)

Same edit to Tokugawa clan[1] as to the other 2 accounts. Based on the deleted article made by his user account, this guy is apparently 14 years old. E Wing (talk) 11:18, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
