English: Presented above are the proposed borders of the Idel-Ural State as declared on November 30, 1917. The state would have been a constituent within a larger Federal Russia. It's borders conflicted with Bashkir claims. A Bashkir faction would meet with Tatar representatives and agree to incorporation within Idel-Ural in exchange for autonomy. Also shown are major cities, rivers, a scale, a compass, an inset map of Europe and neighboring factions during the Russian Civil War between 1917 to 1918.
