戴米恩·莱斯（英語：Damien Rice，1973年12月7日—），愛爾蘭創作歌手、音樂家，擅長演奏吉他、大提琴、小提琴、鋼琴、鼓等樂器。以《O》和《9》兩張專輯聞名。

萊斯以1990年代搖滾樂團Juniper成員為音樂生涯起點，發行過二張單曲，但在唱片公司干涉漸增後決議單飛。萊斯在托斯卡納過起農村生活，隨後沿路在歐洲街頭賣藝，才又返愛爾蘭。

2002年2月1日，萊斯發行了首張專輯《O》，獲得好評，並在英國單曲排行榜有第八名佳績。其中〈The Blower's Daughter〉一曲是電影《偷情》的主題曲。萊斯後於2006年發行第二張專輯《9》。
