Quantic Dream的电子游戏由凯奇编剧并监制[3][43]。公司追求将叙事放在游戏开发的首位,通过互动式叙事唤起玩家的情感[44][45][46],并希望能打造吸引所有人的故事,而不仅是铁杆游戏玩家[47]。Quantic Dream习惯为每个新游戏、硬件或平台开发新引擎,凯奇认为,虽然引擎方法可以移植,但其代码却不能[3][46]。公司也习惯在游戏发行前发布技术演示视频,展示他们的创造力[12][20][48]

不友善的工作环境报道

Quantic Dream对新闻机构《世界报》和《Mediapart》的诉讼审判于2021年5月举行[53][59]。法院于2021年9月9日作出判决,凯奇和冯多姆提起的对《世界报》的个人诽谤指控得到法院认可,因为《世界报》拒绝透露其使用的匿名消息来源的身份,从而未能履行举证责任[60][61][62][63][64]。另外法院在个人诉讼中做出了有利于《Mediapart》的裁决,虽驳回了其关于Quantic Dream的报告中七个段落中三个段落有关的指控,但同时指出其他四个段落是“善意的”,因为其有“足够的事实依据”,不符合诽谤罪的条件[63]。以公司名义分别起诉《世界报》和《Mediapart》的案件也判定被告胜诉,洗脱了诽谤指控[62]
