2024年葡萄牙立法选举（葡萄牙語：Eleições legislativas portuguesas de 2024）是葡萄牙在2024年3月10日举行的立法选举，以选举葡萄牙第三共和国第16届的共和国议会全數230位議員。

是次選舉由社会民主党領導的民主聯盟赢得最多议席^[2]^[3] 。

背景

選舉制度

葡萄牙的18個區和2個自治區各自為一個選區，每個國內選區的議席數目依選區內選民人數比例分配。居於國外的選民則分為兩個選區——歐洲和歐洲以外，每區各選出2位議員。每個選區採用比例代表制分配議席。

後續

由於右翼民粹政黨夠了！崛起，社民黨和社會黨均未能取得足夠席位去執政，而後述兩黨都排除將夠了合組內閣的建議，最後在3月21日，葡萄牙總統馬塞洛·雷貝洛·德索薩在與和政黨領導會面協商之後，宣佈由社民黨的路易斯·蒙特尼哥羅籌組少數派政府，並於4月2日正式上任。
