洛里(英語:Raleigh/ˈrɑːli/ RAH-lee)是北卡羅萊納州的首府及韋克郡的郡政府所在地。因為種植了許多橡樹,所以也被稱為「橡樹之城」。洛里是北卡州中繼夏洛特後人口第二多的城市。[3]2009年1月1日所統計的人口數是385,507。[3][4]根據美國人口普查局的資料,洛里是美國人口成長率最高的都會區。[5]

洛里、德罕教堂山三角英语The Triangle (North Carolina)都會區最主要的組成城市。三角都會區源自位於洛里和德罕間成立在1959年的三角研究園。洛里城市大部分都位在韋克郡內,另外有一小部份位於德罕郡內。联想集团的美国总部就坐落在此地。[6]

罗利属典型的副热带湿润气候,四季分明,气温变化相对和缓,全年降水分配均匀。冬季温和,微潮,时而偏向温暖,日最高气温低于或等于0 °C(32 °F)的平均日数为2.4天,日最低气温低于或等于0 °C(32 °F)的平均日数为65天,低于或等于−5 °C(23 °F)的平均日数为14天;夏季相对炎热潮湿,日最高气温达30 °C(86 °F)的日数年均有91天,超过35 °C(95 °F)的有16天。[8]最冷月(1月)均温5.5 °C(41.9 °F),极端最低气温−23 °C(−9 °F)(1985年1月21日)。[8]最热月(7月)均温26.9 °C(80.5 °F),极端最高气温41 °C(105 °F)(上次出现于2012年7月8日)。[8]无霜期平均为213天(4月3日至11月2日)。[8]年均降水量约1,170毫米(46.1英寸),年极端最少降水量为760毫米(29.93英寸)(1933年),最多为1,631毫米(64.22英寸)(1936年)。[8]年均降雪量为13厘米(5.2英寸),[8]但许多冬季的积累降雪量微少以致难以测量,1892–93年的降雪量最多,积累降雪量为80厘米(31.6英寸)。[8]
