美知咸市 （英語：City of Mitcham）是南澳州的地方政府區域，位於阿德萊德南部山麓。市內有南澳知名學府弗林德斯大學，及以昂貴物業聞名的春田地區。

歷史

美知咸市的前身為成立於1853年5月10日的美知咸區議會（英語：District Council of Mitcham），是第二個南澳市政組織，成立時間僅晚於阿德萊德市。^[3]^[4] 1854年12月19日，美知咸區議會的西部地區高活（英语：Goodwood Road, Adelaide）一帶劃入寶來頓區議會（馬利仁市前身）的管轄範圍。^[3] 1871年，安利及數個鄰近地區的居民聯署請願，要求脫離美知咸區議會管治，獨立成鎮，並由此成立安利公司市鎮。^[5]1883年10月25日，士他令一帶由美知咸區議會內分拆，並另置士他令區議會（英语：District Council of Stirling）。^[3]1947年，美知咸區議會獲升格為美知咸市。^[6]
