"℩" is NOT from IPA, it is GREEK variant form of GREEK iota, as "ς" is GREEK variant form of GREEK sigma:

Vandal sockpuppet of User:Marco9673 named User:Rethliopuks vandalizes 希腊字母 and is constantly reverted by good faith "riyal" user in behalf of User:Symplectopedia.

It is that, because this vandal constantly breaks wikilink naming consensus established by admin User:Symplectopedia.
