田德財 （TIEN-TETSAI），台灣花蓮縣人，1966年開始從事新聞工作，曾採訪過金門戰地新聞，其中在聯合報擔任記者工作最久，自1976年起擔任聯合報編輯部地方「新聞中心」記者，由駐在記者基層做起，升任到編輯部「高級資深績優記者」兼任召集人，獲聯合報模範記者獎十多次，2004年自聯合報退休後，轉任聯統日報總編輯兼社長，2007年擔任更生日報突發新聞中心主任，2009年升任採訪組主任，2010年調升副總編輯兼採訪組主任。2010年行政院客委會客家新聞獎入圍。
田德財為記者協會會`國際記者協會會員，持有「國際記者聯盟會（IFJ）」「國際記者證」，採訪過兩岸新聞，如2005年在北京人民大會堂採訪中國國家主席胡錦濤會見親民黨主席宋楚瑜。
