凱文·伊斯特曼（英語：Kevin Eastman 1962年5月30日 - ）全名：凱文·布魯克斯·伊斯特曼（Kevin Brooks Eastman）是一名美國漫畫家和作家，眾所周知的便是和彼得·萊爾德一起創造了《忍者神龜》（Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles）動漫。伊士曼也是業主，雜誌的編輯兼發行人。
