米蘇拉塔之戰 (阿拉伯語:معركة مصراتة) 是2011年利比亞內戰中的一大戰役,反卡武裝與效忠卡扎菲的部隊雙方為了爭奪利比亞的第三大城市米蘇拉塔的控制權而展開。在起義的最初階段,卡扎菲政府控制了該國西部的大多數地區和城市,惟獨米蘇拉塔是被反卡勢力控制著一座西部大城市。米蘇拉塔戰役是整個利比亞內戰中雙方爭奪最持久且最激烈的一個戰場,慘烈程度就比如二戰中的史達林格勒戰役。而在聯軍干預的最初階段,聯軍就把解除卡部隊對該市的包圍作為一個重大目標。5月15日,反卡武裝全面控制該市。
