大象測試
詞語「大象」是指想法或者事物「很難形容，但是當它出現的時候我能立刻認出來」的情況[1]
使用
這個詞經常被用來在法律案件中，某個事件的翻譯或者解釋比較敏感或者開放的，[2][3] 如加多置業有限公司訴莫里斯的情況下，當大法官斯圖爾特 - 史密斯提到了「眾所周知大象測試。這很難形容，但當你看到它的時候你就知道它。」[4]
