鬥阵特攻暴雪娱乐开发的一个团队基础第一人称射击多人电子游戏,暴雪于2014年11月7日在暴雪嘉年华公布。[1]

游戏玩法

Overwatch will feature squad-based combat with two opposing teams of six players each.[2] Each team has a role to either Attack or Defend in both the Payload and Point Capture game modes.[3] Players are able to select one unique hero, from a roster, to play as during the match. 12 playable characters have been revealed in the video trailers released by Blizzard, although a poster that have also been released featured 15 unique individuals. Upon death, the hero chosen can be changed to any different hero.[3] Heroes are categorised into four distinct roles, each serving a different purpose: Offense, Defense, Tank, Support.[3]

Game Modes

  • Payload features a payload which the attacking team must escort to a certain delivery point before time runs out, to claim victory. The defending team must prevent the payload's advance until time runs out, to claim victory.[3]
  • Point Capture features several critical objective zones which the attacking team must capture before time runs out, to claim victory. The defending team must maintain control of said objective zones until the time runs out, to claim victory.[3]

地图

  • King's Row is set on the streets of London, United Kingdom. The map supports the game mode: Payload.[3][4]
  • Hanamura is set in Japan and is home to the hero, Hanzo. The map supports the game mode: Point Capture.[3][4]
  • Temple of Anubis is set in a bazaar beneath a technologically advanced Egyptian pyramid. The map supports the game mode: Point Capture.[3][4]

发展

According to Blizzard co-founder Michael Morhaime, Overwatch is intended to "create an awesome FPS experience that's more accessible to a much wider audience while delivering the action and depth that shooter fans love."[5] Chris Metzen acknowledged that aspects of the game, such as maps, have "continuity" with "Titan", a cancelled MMORPG that was in development by Blizzard. However, beyond these aesthetic similarities, the games are not identical.[2] An open beta of the game will be available in 2015.[2]
